I couldn't / wouldn't wear those white shoes with black hosiery, but Ariana looks fabulous!

It's also a great way to show off very expensive and unusual shoes.

it would have looked better, i think, with a spectator heel instead of an all white heel. it would mimic the style of the dress more.

I think she can only pull this off because she is dressed in all black and an accent of white on her buttons and her shoes. It makes it work. Otherwise, if you just did this with a random outfit, it would "crazy." I think the spectator pump would have been a bridge too far and too much of a good thing. It looks perfect the way it is.
