I like Nic & Zoe cardigans.   Very light and look so nice on.  I have several colors including white.  Great for summer.  Zappos had them on sale last week.  Maybe the sale is still on.

Kim Gravel has one that I really like. It’s lightweight, arms fit really well. I bought this last year and wear it quite often.

I like the Nick and Zoe brand, too, but I don't think you will find anything for $30.00.  Hope you do find something you like.

@Greeneyedlady21  652-638 HSN  Nina Leonard novelty knit bolero.  I have the white and I love it!   Can be worn with many different things.  They also have printed ones under a different item #.  Not sure if you like the style but it really is a cute very light type of sweater for the summer.   I am usually a med but ordered in large as I wanted it to be loose enough, I am happy with the fit.

Its more ivory but A347517 by logo is a beautiful summer weight cardigan.  I have it in black.
