First, those shoes rock!! I think the longer dress and the shoes don't go well together at all. The shorter dress would be better, but not crazy about that color JMO

Both dresses are very pretty but I would suggest you have some sort of shawl to wear with whichever one you choose if you are going to be in a State that is cold. I would go with the one that you feel you will look the best and be the most comfortable in. Just go with your first instinct.
