Depending on the age of the woman with cropped pants, capris, etc....it will stay as they are the only alternative to shorts. Short shorts will always stay with the young.
Skinny jeans have been around too long to be a fad. They will remain a classic. I think the baby boot cut will replace the full bootcut in the coming years (for under 30) Over 30 boot cut will remain a classic.
I don't see the everyday look of a scarf staying in the coming years. They are always here for the winter. Other then that, I hope they go away.
I don't see color blocking staying. It's already on it's way out. Riding boots will stay for older women that can't wear heels.
