Thanks for the info.

i LOVE the laughter and chatter. I think I'll write and tell them to ignore the complaints.

Seriously, if you don't like it don't watch. It is an easy fix.

The chatter is the style of the show & many enjoy it. It is really not all just for you.

I enjoy them. I tend to buy during their show. I purchased something today. Fridays and Mondays can be hectic at work so I love the happy banter. It brightens my day. However if I felt it was a downer I would turn the channel. Look at what was shown online and watch the video of the item that caught your eye. No shopping channel should make you unhappy especially on the 4th of July. Life is too short so turn the channel. Happy 4th!

I agree...it isn't all about me, but for awhile there were daily complaints about their endless chatter & nonsense on these forums. I usually don't watch, but today I saw something I was interested in, couldn't get anything for Pat's school girl giggle. I am all for having fun, but their JOB is to give details & info, & they are definately NOT giving them. Sorry if some of you don't get it. AND yes, I do turn them OFF when it gets so ridicilous I can't stand it, which is regularly.Smile

What makes you think others don't "get it"? {#emotions_dlg.confused1}

I get what you're saying ..... and disagree. IMO, It's nice to see people in a good mood early in the morning.

Maybe you should get your product information off Qvc.com?

Definitely. Check out the products online instead of watching if you object to the presentations. Just read the descriptions.

Agreed! The OP can get product info from QVC.com. She is complaining about the VERY thing that separates 'live shopping' from catalogs and regular internet shopping~ The live interaction is precisely what draws people to this venue. I have to say, respectfully, that the OP's intensity off-putting. Telling others they 'don't get it' because they don't complain, and literally begging people to rally against a shopping channel suggests something is off in HER life.

Seriously? Just do not watch! There is plenty to do other than watching QVC.

I agree with whoever said the best way to object to the programming is to just not buy. Money speaks louder than anything else.

I see a general trend on QVC of less information and more chatter. It is annoying at times but overall, QVC must have studied their sales numbers and made a decision to do things this way. Its not logical, but it must be helping sales or else QVC would change things.

Re: Where to send complaints....read on.....

OMG, it never occurred to me to launch an official complaint about a host on a shopping channel. Wow. Some nerve. My focus is on looking at products to purchase. So far, there hasn't been one sales person that has stopped me from doing that. Of course, unless it's a whole hour I'm interested in, I'm not watching long enough for anyone to annoy me. Even during the hour I'm flipping back and forth because they spend way too much time on each item. Boring. Geez - maybe I should complain!!!!?
