As I peruse other retail sites, they're showing a focus on pretty sleeve effects, including bell sleeves, tie sleeves, lantern sleeves, etc. I read that this is "the year of the sleeve." Weather here has fluctuated from chilly to 70+ degrees, dry to very wet, and spring is coming. I'm planning on buying a couple of feminine pretty-sleeved pieces to add a little frill to my plain wardrobe.

If you are looking for 3/4 sleeves you can count on QVC. I don't care for them. I prefer short sleeve or long sleeve.

I like this one except I don't want the drop shoulder.

Not so much this one.  I didn't like the styles when I was a teenager.

There's a big fashion push this season towards resurrecting the peasant look, including a lot of those sleeve designs.  I have seen it discussed on various retail online sites, and even QVC has mentioned it once or twice. 

Couple those with the big return of flare leg, wide leg, bell bottoms, and frayed hems on everything.

The bell sleeves are fine. This is one of my newer tops. I love the colors.
