Where are my items in my cart???

I don't understand...watching Susan Graver this morning...and had several items in my cart and TSV on waitlist. I go to check on one of the items I had ordered and NOTHING is there!!!! For the past 2 weeks this website has been awful to use..can't see/hear videos and pictures are not avaiable..WHAT IS GOING ON???? Anyone else having problems?? I'm so angry that the items I had held are no longer available.
