The first day of Fall. I've seen other women wearing them and it looked OK. If I wait too long, I will NEVER get to wear my boots with the stacked heels, gets TOO darn slippery!!

I've already worn my wedge ankle boots a few times. I'm in Ohio and Monday, our high temp was in the mid 50's. It's also been low 60's and rainy a few days.

I've also already worn dresses with tights.

Now today, I'm in a thong wedge sandal with a skirt because it's mid 70's, sunny and absolutely gorgeous.

I totally understand this transitional eat her here in Ohio. I like to wait until October to wear my boots and sweaters, but I went to a meeting last week and wore my fall clothing and so did everyone else. It was a cool day, and most evenings have been cool so it's time.

I'm in Central Texas and as soon as it starts feeling cooler. Last weekend *everyone* had boots on, it was the first cool breeze that blew in. Still quite hot but I'm wearing my cowboy boots again.

I never stop wearing those all year even at least one day a week to my office, which is usually on Wed. Cowboys, boots, and Texas!!!

I may wear the low ankle version today with today's rain. Don't want to get my feet wet if possible.

When I feel like it. I have ankle boots on today and it's going to be 82. They're no warmer than the leather shoes I normally wear and look great with my jeans. I probably won't touch a sweater until November, but an ankle boot is, to me, a year-round thing.
