I would think some type of sneaker or athletic shoe. Not flats, not loafers, not kitten heels, not any type of shoe. There are things you see in fashion magazines that just don't work in real life. Regardless of what "they" say, track pants are still athletic wear.

Thank you ladies! Great options! The pants ChynnaBlue posted are similar to the dressier track pants, but I'm definitely NOT into the silver heels! LOL! I'm loving the Jambu and Converse styles for the casual pair. I've never seen either of those. I currently have a pair of Jambu's and the ordinary Chuck Taylor, but like the options above better. It also doesn't help that I have a narrow foot. I hope with the Jambu and Converse, I'll be able to pull the ties close enough together that they'll work. Love 'em! Thank you again!
