I was thinking the same thing, scrolling through the shows from yesterday, there were many items with HUGE flowers on them. SG constanly does prints that have enormous flowers and prints on them, now I see d&co had a denim dress on with huge flowers, it looked ridiculous. Prints like these are not made for smaller women, we look like we're being eaten up by flowers & prints. Tired of prints like these as well as all the insane lace items by IM. His designs do not even look nice - who wears lace to the grocery store or post office, running errands???!!!

Well it's spring so I think florals are typically more in for the spring.
But it's funny because I've read a number of fashion articles about what is supposedly in for spring 2020 and not one mentioned florals. Polka dots yes, but not floral.

@SeaMaiden Thank you for for posting what I have been thinking for a long time but not brave enough to post. I may be in that age group but would never ever wear that stuff. For those that like it enjoy and wear it in good health. It's all personal preference and would be a boring world if we all liked the same thing.

@PINKdogWOOD Yesterday I heard Isaac say you could wear those lace pants like jeans. Alrighty then.😵

I HATE that look. Flowers and embroidery are two no-no's in my book. Those are not looks I care to wear.

I've never been a fan of large floral prints and on me I look like I'm wearing a muumuu. I prefer polka dots, or smaller, more subtle floral ditsy prints.

I agree as I do not like large floral prints. I do have a few dresses from the designer Shoshana who has small floral prints with dark color backgrounds. I just bought recently for a casual day summer wedding, Shoshanna's Maisie Cedar Floral Metallic Print. Flutter Sleeves A line. It was 440.00 marked down to 180.00 which I will get alot of use out of it. Sorry, I have not learned how to post a pic on this site. Bought it at Neiman Marcus.

I liked the look of the lace pants but I would have to be very careful wearing them. I certainly wouldn't treat them like jeans. I'm sure that I'd catch them on something - heck I do that with sweaters and coats which have a lot more substance to them.
I liked the daisy printed crop pants as well since they were a small print but the price was a no go for me. I can buy other places for less and not pay shipping.
That Denim & Co. dress that people referenced with the big floral - well that was a oh my gosh no reaction for me. I like the style but nothing about the print.

I don’t like large florals, bold florals, prairie florals, or realistic florals. I prefer a small to medium print abstract floral. I don’t want to look like a walking garden.
