A blue velvet headband came with  my Elemis shipment and I am mystified.  Is this a trend?  I have no young kids around here, is it maybe a Disney character trend?  Some big designer I have no knowledge of?

I saw that Elemis product online. I just figured they included a headband, (lots of women/girls use them when washing up and doing skincare routine, to keep hair out of the way.) No biggie. Just an add-on you don't have to use.

@depglass I saw that item offered and I only wanted the headband. I love them. They work awesome for my hair, I have lots of it. My answer would be the significance is to keep your hair back. Headbands are my favorite hair accessory, have worn them ever since I was a kid. Check out FranceLuxe and you will see people pay a lot of money for good hair accessories, including headbands.

I would guess its to keep your hair out of your face while you are doing your skin care

@amyb   My AD order has been shipped - hope a headband is included as one of my exras.  I have 2 old ones I rotate, but new would be a pleasure.  I use them when I cleanse and treat.  I haven't tried the extras tht came with my first delivery; I will use them so I know how they feel or if my skin reacts badly.  That's pretty much what I can learn from samples, but if I find no negative, I know I'll be able to purchase a bigger size.  I hate even easy returns, so my system works for me.
