I ordered a denim trucker jacket last fall in my usual size.  I was disappointed to see it running so big, I also wasn't happy with the fraying.  I intended to send it back until I noticed all the other denim jackets on TV and realized "Hey, I'm right in style."  But I honestly don't want to buy more of this stuff.

"Oversized" is the next tier in design in rotation behind skinny jeans and fitted.  Boyfriend jeans are now plentiful.  It won't last.  Women on the whole don't want to look larger.

I always look for back darts or princess seaming.  I am not choosing this type of style.

Oversized is fine for tall, skinny models.  Not so much for short, stocky built people like me.

I'm with you--I don't like oversized fashion.  I think it is not flattering on anyone.  Who wants to look bigger?

I bought a trucker jacket back in October - on sale - dark indigo

Original price $70 - I paid $20 - and there are still some on sale - dark indigo and a "washed lake blue."
