I thought the skirt looked way too young for her to be wearing. It would have looked more appropriate on someone like Courtney.

That is not the skirt she is wearing. The skirt she is wearing does not appear to be leather and appears to have some tiered look of lace or fabric.

Oooh, that is little but this is a $150 Ralph Lauren skirt with layers of fringe from Bloomy that might be the skirt she is wearing.

Another option is Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent also available at Bloomy's. French Connection has one similar to Ralph Lauren and finally the one I think it may be is Endless Rose lace pencil skirt.
