They never really get into summer mode.

They'll be sellling long sleeve shirts and sweaters in a few weeks.  They never stop selling cardigans.

Fashion does not dwell on summer wear traditionally.  It's all fall and spring shows.  Used to think the reason was that summer wear was much cheaper.  Maybe it still is the reason....

it may be something that's not selling well. now the tsv will have a lower price and the consumers will now purchase. this is what i have been seeing as a tsv

or something NEW TODAY that they will use as a tsv. remember this price won't be seen again for another 6 months or a year.
