What is a good bra?

I saw on tv the genie bra and read the reviews. On tv no one mentioned pads in them so that seems like a turn off. I use to buy Cross Your Heart bras but they are worn out some now. No more Mervyns but b band b sell genie I read so I can return. Anyone a 38 B and an older lady. I don't like the ones here because they stab and are hard. So if you have a good one please tell.
