What happened to Susan's daughter?

I must have missed the announcement; does anyone know what happened to Susan's daughter? She used to model & do the Facebook stuff for some of her shows & they had the Graver Girls blog. But, I haven't seen her in a while.

They haven't been doing that for about 5 yrs.  Her daughter worked in NYC for awhile and then followed her boyfriend to CA.  Now they are engaged. Susan just held an engagement party for her in Chicago.
