I  don't love this look.  I think the sweater (in the picture any way) appears too casual for the sweater and shoes.  I can see the sweater with leggings and high boots or short booties.  And the skirt and shoes with a pretty lacy top or a beautiful more fitted angora swear or something more feminine.  Maybe this is a new type of look though - mixing a kind of very feminine dressy part with a very casual slouchy part???
