From the description I expected absolute hideousness.  Pic is not that bad, sort of cute.  Would I wear it?  No.

I would wear all except the blazer and the message t shirt.  Just a plain t for me and no blazer.

It's not horrible but there are definitly a few things I would change.  I LOVE the boots, but not with the Capri length pants.  I don't mind a message tee but it's just a little too much with how she's accessorized the outfit.  I don't care for the pleats in the capris and I'm definitely not diggin the purse.

I don't like anything about the pants. Substitute skinny jeans tucked into the boots, and that would transform the entire,outfit, IMO.

I expected a lot more clutter. I’ve seen worse outfits. It’s just ok to me. The only piece I would possibly wear would be the blazer.

These looks are someone trying too hard....each individual look is fine...the boots...the bag...but all together it looks garbled and just too busy.
