I certainly think that blouse could be worn at any age.

With modifications, it could be made to be worn with a bra.

Other colors would be nice too.

Maybe if you are 20 something.  A no for me. When I was younger I loved to play dress up and took chances!  No more sadly... I leave such fashion for the young
