I immediately thought of Twiggy and pictured a short pink or black "mini dress" (isn't that what we used to call them-what is now sometimes a tunic and leggings!)

The first thing I thought of was a white frilly thong and a demi push-up bra...it scares me that I even had that thought!  LOL!

I would pair it with a plain black mini dress.  However, these boots are not my taste at all.  Cat Very Happy

They'd be so cute with shorts or a dress. I really like them. What colors to wear with them would depend on your personal coloring.
