Hello fashion friends!

August arrived with ugly high heat and humidity...UGH...I hate August. I would stay indoors the whole month if I could. Looking forward to a beach trip in September.

Some lightweight summer out-to-lunch-or-dinner outfits...

*Old Open Edit elbow sleeve smocked cotton tee (Nordstrom). It's smocked in front and back, but not the sides, so I get the benefit of a defined waist with room to breathe. *Tan thrifted Mesmerize "Mariel" slacks. *Old Rag & Bone taupe slides (Rack). *Old SAK cloth woven bag. *Thrifted Twig & Twine shell necklace (beach consignment).

*Thrifted checked Talbots cotton shirt...various shades of pink and orange. Bonus: It doesn't look like a picnic tablecloth 😁. *Thrifted AG Isabelle crops. *Old Franco Sarto pink suede sandals. *Thrifted Vera Bradley quilted tote.

*Labo Art charcoal cotton jumpsuit, beach consignment, made in Italy...zip front makes it easy on/off. Standing straight, it could be mistaken for a dress. To describe the quality, workmanship, and/or comfort level would take too long. *Time & Tru straw mules from Walmart. *Thrifted cloth/bead/mother-of-pearl cuff bracelet. *Thrifted sterling silver cross necklace. *Thrifted straw handbag.



Gorgeous bag, but mother-of-pearl handles hurt my arm when I have to have both hands for serious shopping 😁. It didn't come with a xbody strap, but has loops on the side, so I'm making a rope strap to clip thru the loops, which can be removed and kept inside the bag.

@AngelPuppy1  (and @ROMARY )   From last week...The pedal thingy is a Stamina SPS (Smooth Pedal System)...Amazon has it.

AngelPuppy1 and @GinaV24     I think we chatted a while back about exercising, diet, and portion control, so I thought you'd get a chuckle out of this...

This is a picture of one of my nightly snacks...potato chips (I also can't seem to go without some chocolate somethingoranother *SIGH*). Handsome calls this "potato chip jenga." 🤣 He'll flash 10 fingers if I can pick out the chips without the whole thing toppling over...too bad potato chip jenga isn't an Olympic category.    The real laugh is that I thrifted the little glass bowl (fits in the palm of my hand) to help me with...get this...portion control! 🫨😲🤣

The jumpsuit is very cute, and that first black t shirt looks like the perfect t shirt. I love the sleeve length.

I could NEVER eat just that many potato chips.

That is so funny - your little glass bowl!  I need one of those --- and I'm sure I would pack it to the brim with my snacks, too!  

I love the jumpsuit!  The color is great and it looks so comfy.  I used to love jumpsuits and for the most part these days I don't find them to be practical for me.  I adore this one!
