Re: What I Wore (2/18/24)...

@MacDuFF,

You look especially beautiful in those blue sweaters! And the last one is my favorite for you.

That color really brings out your glow!

Love your style @MacDuFF .  My favorites are 2 & 3. I agree you should be a model for QVC.

@MacDuFF    Yes, you'd make a great model for QVC!  I always like the looks you put together.  You really know what looks good on you.  I especially like your patch jeans!

Hi @MacDuFF

Love your gray car coat

And nice thrifted Uggs too.

Smart wool socks are great...discovered those after working for a small boutique about 10 yrs ago.

I like your jeans hack...that metal clip near the bottom doesn't hurt when pressed into your boot?

I love how you patched your thrifted jeans! Nice light, faded blue plaid. Great way to do up a distressed look. I don't like "holey jeans" and therefore don't own any, but to shop for a deal, on a thrifted pair, then do this is a fun look.

I bought one of LOGO's patched bf jeans last year, in her "alabaster" white with faded blue/gray patches. My only disappointment was that the legs wound up being wider at the bottom than they looked online, so I dont' love them as a bf, as I wanted them...they look kind of wide/scarecrow look. But rolled down with white tennis shoes they're better. VERY comfortable denim. So I kept them. Still wish I had the look I wanted, with a more tapered bottom, bf and a heel.

I was so mixed about "how I'd look out there" to others...not because of caring about others' opinions so much, but just wondering about perspective... if it actually was a fun fashion look or I'd just look silly! Reviews on these were polarized...people either LOVED or HATED them, lol. Anyhoo...I like them and will wear them...I just think, though I don't see it ANYwhere in my real life here in CT...that it's just a fun, fashion look! Others' in review thought it was a complete "Hobo" look. Haha. To each their own I guess.

Re: What I Wore (2/18/24)...

I love all your looks this week but I'm obsessed with the quilted vest.  I love quilted clothing items and purses (Chanel anyone!!).

I love the look of a vest but never buy any because I'm very cold natured and I get cold in my upper arms so I never even consider a vest when shopping.

I have thick calves so I don't wear boots but that's a genius idea you came up with to keep your jeans tucked in.  Oh, and I love your socks in that same picture!!
