I think my biggest issue with the outfit is the flouncy ruffle at the hem. When I cover it up the outfit actually looks much better.

It's a "thumbs down" for me. Stripes and floral together is a Punky Brewster look that I have never cared for personally, on anyone, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion, in this as in all things.
