The green and black and burgundy/reddish boots. Snakeskin print bag. In general what do you think of three different colors-top, skirt, shoes or boots. I'd say the black works as the neutral in this case.

She looks horrible from the waist down.  Too shiny.  Plus, I've said it before, if it is cold enough to wear a sweater and knee high boots, it is too cold for your toes to be out.
