@1Professor - I  your style! I have a couple of Basso faux fur jackets on my wish list from his Platinum Collection. They are direct replicates from his couture line.

There is a 1hr GILI overnight clearance show with everything 50% off. Of course, giving us advance look or even hints is just too much to ask  I suspect it's old items prob 1 yr or older.

@IlliniGirl88  The "indigo multi" G.I.L.I. vest arrived this week.  Here's a picture showing the grey, blue, and indigo color options.  I would describe the "indigo" color as being green-blue.  The picture was taken in daylight to give a true representation of the colors.  I would say that if you like a camo print that "pops", then go with the indigo.  The grey is more muted.  Hope this helps !!!

@BritishGirl  Thanks for remembering to post, I appreciate it.  Great picture to post beside the denim vest.  I have the denim, olive, and grey.  I didn't get the newest one,but love all of them.  I wore the denim a lot in the spring/summer.  I wonder when GILI will release more items?

 Something about this shoe doesn't look right..cut or sizing? Too much toe cleavage.  Her poor pinkies are barely tucked in  I would not wear/keep shoes that have such a poor fit. I'm waiting for delivery of Wendy's denim look pumps. Might get more as well as her flats.

That is a really nice looking bag.  It reminds me of a Brahmin.  I certainly don't mean to insult those who are happy with their recent GILI purchases, but I just think this line has become monotonous and sort of cheesy teeny bopperish since Jill took over.  There is soooo very much camo, the bags are nothing but a boring repetition of colored faux skin styles that I would never buy, and it is pretty obvious that the shoes are ill fitting and have been hit with the camo stick too many times, too.  It says a lot to me that the obi belt, an almost universally UNflattering item, was yorked out there over and over and over again.

I doubt that I would buy a bag from LR since I'm not into buying things these days, but at least the style is more appealing to me than what the GILI line is offering now.
