What do you think of how this Sachin & Babi Dalila wedding gown addresses the issue of sleeves?

Do you like this wedding gown?

What do you think of the sleeves on this Marchesa Notte Tish Gown?

Do you like a dusty pastel pink for a wedding gown?

Pretty but I am old school. We got married in a church and those gowns probably would not be appropriate...

I think they are both very pretty gowns. The pink one's style would bother me because I would feel that it is "falling off" but that's just me. I love the color but I'd definitely wear the white one. I like the look very much.

I wanted an ivory gown when I got married because I was wearing my Mom's headpiece which had aged to an ivory color over the years. I wound up having a white gown because the idea of me NOT wearing white upset my Mom too much and I didn't want to fight with her about it.

The first gown I like the "sleeve" treatment, although just from the front imo it's more cape like than sleeve like. It softens the dress. The pinkish one I can't really tell from those photos.

Both dresses, and their sleeves, are beautiful.  The pink dress just doesn't look bridal to me though, but I love the color.

Re: Wedding Gown Sleeves

[ Edited ]

@Desert Lily ,

I love the beautiful details on both of these, though I do not like the backs. And on the second one, though I do like the pastel pink color, I don't think at least for a first wedding it would be better than white.  The sleeves themselves are beautiful, especially the second one, though I don't like it off the shoulder.

I think these both are some of my favorite wedding dresses anyone has posted lately.

They are so feminine and delicate.

@Desert Lily I think the white ones are very pretty. I like the first pink one, not crazy about the off the shoulder sleeves on the second one.

I have seen pink and blush wedding dresses that are gorgeous. Light blue too.

Hi @on the bay  I wish I could've gotten larger/clearer pictures of the pink gown, but the bottom 2 came out small. I'm thinking that the sleeves on the pink gown were worn up on one of the models and off-the-shoulder on the other model. If it were me, I'd want them up Lol.

I don't care for sleeves on a wedding gown.
