Monday morning seems like a poor choice for making changes! First, the forums were down. Now, no changes to Order Status. Good grief!

I keep the forums in 'My Favorites' as a direct link. But I see what you mean; I signed in and it took me to My Account page!

Why do these kind of glitches always happen when Louis is scheduled to appear? Geez, I'm no a conspiracy theorist, but heck! {#emotions_dlg.sneaky}

Please beware these glitches. I tried to place an order yesterday online and it said QVC online was unavailable at this time use automated ordering. Well somehow it placed that order 15 times before my bank started declining the charges. over $826+ frozen from my bank account and when I called qvc customer service there was no record of the order. It appeared on the system hours later just once which I called back and had them cancel. But now my bank is -$250.00 and counting I have no money and QVC corporate is closed due to weather. It will likely be a week before this gets resolved and I have no money for gas or food. This may likely be my last purchase through qvc's website

Not at all Goldie76 I just wanted to warn others to beware with the glitches so no one has to go through what I am right now. This reason right here is why I don't post in forums. It should not matter how many posts I have, I have been purchasing from qvc for years. I just thought I'd be nice and warn others and look where it gets me. Judged right off the bat.

Sounds like you are using a debit card for your transactions which is always a bad idea. You need to use a credit card only for online purchases so no one has direct access to your money.

Juliep324 ... what a mess!! Hope you get it resolved soon. This site seems to be running very slow today and when I sign on, it brings me to My Account page just like JustJazzmom.
