Here are some transitional looks from Talbots.

Are any of these your go- to looks for fall?

All but the last (plaid shirt and skirt) .

There are many elements: wind, fire, water
But none quite like the element of surprise

Thanks for posting this, Lola.  These looks are adorable!  I love them all.

I live in the south and would wear these outfits in winter not fall.  The only thing I would change is the last outfit.  I would wear boots or tights and flats with the last outfit.

So happy Talbots is back to normal!

Paws and enjoy life.

I don't know what it is about Talbot's.  The clothes are nice but I have never bought anything there.

I like the white vest.

I agree.  For awhile they lost their identity.

I really like all the looks. I also like Talbots a lot. I bought a while down filled vest, similar to the one shown, from Costco for $20. It's fun to incorporate clothes from different sources to get the look you want.

None of the outfits are my style.  They are too busy for me.  I keep it simple with a little jewelry.

It's perfect, if you and your boyfriend, Paul Bunyun, are  trying to coordinate your outfits.

You're giving me some ideas.  I like that poncho, much better than the TSV from a few wks ago.  The Q poncho kinda overwhelms me. But I kept it because I liked the removable scarf thing.
