ITA. If I had to describe it I would say it's for younger women - 20 somethings on a budget. I think they have mens clothing too and maternity and kids clothing. The clothing is very cheaply and poorly made. don't be surprised if you wash a top you buy and it comes apart at the seams or it shrinks. The colors fade etc. The accessories are fun to pick up, they have inexpensive things but not things that are considered investment pieces.

I would say that they fall somewhere between Forever 21 and Old Navy.
