I just checked to see if a few returns were processed and just got off of the phone w/ CS- Seems that I was charged for return shipping on items that I PAID FOR at the post office- I can't tell you how many times this has happened- More often than not, my directions are not followed either- If I check "merchandise Credit", my Visa is often refunded instead- I have also been sent the wrong item as a replacement- I don't know why processing returns is so darn difficult, but clearly people are unable to do their job successfully!
SOO frustrating QVC!!!
If I hadn't checked, I would not have known!
