Be careful that those Walmart sweaters are not polyester.

 

I bought one against by better judgement and after the first wash, it had millions of balls and pills all over it.  It wasn't worth it....I wasted my money.

 

Thay may look the same, but the fabric can be inferior.

With inflation being what it is, and still increasing steadily, I shop around and look for the best bargain.

I also look for 100% cotton, doesn't pill and remains in new condition, wash after wash.

One way to avoid "pilling" is hand wash on the machine and don't overload the machine.

I really think overloading the machine is not a good idea. Trying to save money really stresses out the fabric.
