Wait-listed from August 9th? Are you kidding me?

I just received a LOGO top in the mail today, $45 dollars! I have no recollection of ordering this. I called CS and told them I didn't order it and they say I put it on wait-list August 9th. Wait-list is not my style, and it's an XS, which is not my normal size.. not to mention $45 and LOGO are also not registering as something I would go for. The CS lady was not very nice and refused to agree to waive the return shipping. I'm going to call again tomorrow and speak to someone else. She wouldn't give me a supervisor, she said someone could call me back tomorrow, but I'll be working tomorrow. This is really beginning to bug me.
