I have shopped at QVC for over 20 years.  Since January I have returned  more items then I have returned in the past 20 years.

Returned:

Susan Graver -  shrug & a dress 

Belle - pique capris

Stan Herman - caftan

Beautiful - sweater

Sketchers - 2 pairs

Denim & Co - capris

Alegria - sandals

Usually I have no problem with Susan Graver, Denim & Co and I love Stan Herman but not this time.

Ordered the TSV  Alegria sandals.  They kept saying order your true size.  I did that & am returning them today.  Not going to return for another size & still have it be wrong .

Really disappointed.

Going to stick with my Birkenstocks ,  Quacker Factory and in the kitchen with David.  I need a few more kitchen gadgets.

@ImABoor   Wow!  That does seem like a whole lot of things to have to send back.  I'm so sorry.  I can't imagine the return charges, yikes!

Just out of curiosity, the Belle pique capris, did you send back due to them being dry clean only?  I know their pique shorts were listed as that.  It was never mentioned on air though.

I have done the same thing in the last year--2023 that is,  myself---today, am returning  an item I bought from HSN---none of the brands here or there, seem to fit me at all--I've not changed in my weight  and am the same shoe size ----guess I  won't be ordering fashion anymore--very frustrating  to pay another $7 to return-----I really don't need anymore clothing--have plenty. I do have more luck with shoes--but I can buy the same ones elswhere for less and free returns---

I have had so many returns lately too! And for various reasons.

One is because I am often not pleased with the fabric.

Which brings me to my current issue...I purchase something that feels like very soft cotton. After washing, the fabric has become rough and itchy!

@LTT1     I finally learned my lesson about not wearing and washing before the 30 days were over lol.  Now, I always try to do what you mentioned.  Sometimes it makes a big difference.

On the Bell capris, the fabric wasn't comfortable. I am not not sure of her sizing. I ordered  a 1X, my usual size but it didn't feel right..

I use the Dryel cleaning bags for the dryer, so I don't mind if it says dry clean only.

@ImABoor  - Sorry you've had so many returns.   I'm a frequent Q purchaser and I rarely return.   Maybe you should shop locally?

I too have been returning a lot of clothes I have purchased. It’s a hit or miss. I don’t even want to think of the money spent on returns.
Hope I don’t get one of those letters I’ve heard about warning me of “excessive returns “.🙄

Exactly, that is why I made the decision to no longer order fashion from QVC. I am well aware that they will not miss my business.

I'd never heard about people getting letters for excessive returns.  Wow!  

I really don't return enough to warrant a letter, but who knows what they consider excessive?
