A few outfits I wore this week. I had an obvious black and white "thing" this week haha. I love black and white...how about you?
#1 Out to dinner
Chico's sleeveless dress (beach thrift...tag doesn't specify, but looks/feels like Travelers)
Lightweight ribbed Kerisma poncho (tied at side) with elbow length sleeves
Eileen Fisher espadrilles
Chico's necklace and Marjorie Baer earrings (both old)
Poncho is so lightweight it's see-thru...pic above doesn't do it justice...
#2 Lunch with my girlfriend on Tuesday and thrifting adventure on Thursday
White Chico's button front
Old Guiliana jeggings
Suede Aquatalia loafers
Thrifted Roberta Pieri handbag
Brighton filigree necklace and hinged bangle thrifted at different times...not exact match, but pretty darned close...guesstimating total = $16
Thanks again to all the Bagettes on PBs who encouraged me to purchase this great bag!
Have a good one y'all.

Very nice and classy looking. I agree with you - I love black and white. Hardy to go wrong!

Your first outfit is stunning. I love black and white....always looks smart and pulled together. A large part of my professional clothing.

@MacDuFF @AngelPuppy1 I love black and white outfits - on other people.
I do wear some of each, but rarely and most often as a bottom or a tank/top V'd away from my face and covered by a color that works better for my complexion. The first pieces I gave away when I lost weight were black or white. I had them because even though I knew they weren't good for my coloring, I guess I still imagined that somehow the black made me look thinner and the white relieved the way blacks make me look ill. Ha! Doesn't work.

That is one gorgeous handbag.
I just went to their site and they have quite a few lovely pieces that I want. Now I just have to wait for a sale!

You look great in both outfits. I never would have guessed that was a poncho in picture#1. I thought it was a short pullover. I love it.
Your choice of jewelry is always complimentary, an accessory not a focal point.

As always, you do thrifting proud! Especially a fan of this week's thrifted accessories.
Quality jewelry is hard to find, junk is abundant.
My accessory finds of the past week: Napier open work goldtone bangle ($2.00) and Coach black leather bag with goldtone trim, circa 2011. Looks like new, original receipt was found inside the bag, sold at a mall coach store, not a factory outlet. Listed for $119, talked the consignment shop owner down to $99 and had a 20% off coupon for a grand total of $79.00+ tax. Beautiful leather the way Coach USED to do and timeless, classic styling. Put away for the summer.

@MacDuFF Hey, Cuz. I just responded to your other post regarding black and white outfits.
Your outfits are very nice. I remember when you were considering the Roberta Piero bag. It's gorgeous and goes with so much of your wardrobe. I also like your jewelry finds. (I am a jewelry hound and always wear my pieces, too.)
As always, thanks for sharing your amazing finds. I find them inspiring as I'm sure other posters do, too.
Enjoy the weekend.

@AngelPuppy1 @phoenixbrd Agree with you both. You can't go wrong with black and white and it always looks pulled together.
But, @millieshops has a good point...black and/or white just don't work for some. I feel fortunate that I can wear both next to my face...makes dressing easy. Millie, after the year-long Purge, most of the few things left in my closet were either black or white haha. They're basics for me.
Thanks @kristina1 That handbag is still on the Roberta Pieri (corrected sp in OP) website at $250. I thrifted it for $65. I'm in heaven. It's by far the highest quality bag I've ever owned. Welcome to the boards, kristina.
@ladyfox412 I'd like to find a cropped white v-neck pullover to wear with that dress. I tend to lean more minimalist, and it definitely shows in my jewelry. Welcome to you, too, BTW!
ITA with @queendiva that the secondary market is glutted with junk. I mostly look for sterling and brands that I like (Chico's, Brighton), otherwise, I really don't buy jewelry much any more...I have more than enough! I always check the locked jewelry cabinet at my local charity thrift. What a great deal on that Coach bag, queen!
@Lisa Y You'd have to stay far away from that locked cabinet haha! I read (somewhere) that your weather has finally warmed...you must be looking forward to summer. Thanks, Cuz.
