WHAT WILL YOU PURCHASE FOR SPRING?

I'm looking forward to adding some funky looking sandals to my tailored, solid outfits...maybe red or turquoise to go w/ all my silver & turq. bracelets.

Re: WHAT WILL YOU PURCHASE FOR SPRING?

I purchased about FIVE pair of casual summer shoes on sale winter season. I can't promise I won't be buying more shoes though. Smiley Happy

I think I'll be buying just a few casual tops to freshen up a lot of things I have to go with them. There's several tops in my closet I haven't worn yet and looking forward to them. One is a very light paisley with that beautiful lime green on white, and a peach on white top.

Our days here have been as high as 70 degrees, but not much of a winter at all with only a few days at freezing or below.

Re: WHAT WILL YOU PURCHASE FOR SPRING?

I love the bright colors of spring and summer clothing, and I enjoy matching them up to my large colored jewelry collection.  Honestly, I can't think of one thing that I'm lacking at this point.  My standard footwear in the summer is Birkenstock sandals.....mostly the thong style.  I have them in every color you can imagine, and they NEVER wear out.  My feet are happiest in those......and I have to keep those dogs from howling!

Re: WHAT WILL YOU PURCHASE FOR SPRING?

The only thing I miss about working from home 100% of the time now is that I don't need work clothes, I really need much anything now.  I'm a little depressed because I love shopping and dressing up.  I know I'll buy things because I've lost weight and I'm still losing.  So, other than sandals, I won't buy any summer things until May.  I'd love a pair bright red sandals but it's hard to justify buying sandals when I two brand new pairs that never wore last year...not even once.  I'll wait until May and figure out what I need and after that, I'll treat myself to something that I want.

Re: WHAT WILL YOU PURCHASE FOR SPRING?

Spring and summer around here is so short and I usually don't invest in a lot of clothing for these seasons. However, I am looking for some good walking shoes. Some cute and comfy ones if I can find such a thing.  When the weather gets warm, it's when I step up my exercise routine...no pun intended...LOL!Woman LOL

Re: WHAT WILL YOU PURCHASE FOR SPRING?

I'm already shopping for spring and I'm ready to kick winter to the curb!

I bought a pair of Ecco Biom blue ballet flats, a pair of Clarks Presler Grove black leather clogs, and a pair of B.O.C. By Born Cheradi brown clogs for spring. I'll pair them with a nice Joan Rivers open collar black faux leather and black lace jacket.

I am not looking for anything in particular in spring pants or tops yet.

I do love turquoise and teal blue shades as they always remind me of summer.

Handbagwise I think I'm keeping to my handbag diet and not buying anything.

H'mmmm, don't think I need anything. Have plenty to wear...year round. If something really catches my eye, I may buy, but not expecting to. Have fun shopping!

Re: WHAT WILL YOU PURCHASE FOR SPRING?

@chrystaltree. I've been working at home in my art studio for 30 yrs. & wore old jeans & tee shirts, but still needed nice things to take my jewelry to meet w/ galleries, go out w/ friends or w/ my husband. Once for 2 yrs., I purchased nothing new. My wardrobe took a big hit! A lot of shoes looked outdated, as did pants, jeans and tops. I spent too much $ at once to update my closet. Now each season I purchase a few new things. Oh...retired or not, I feel better showering, doing my hair, a little makeup & dressing in other than sweats. It makes me feel better.
