Just got an email from Q cust svc stating that my "return" was on its way and will be processed as soon as it is received.

This is a nice change. There have been many threads posted re: unable to track returns.

Have you received any similar emails ?

Yes, I think it's a great feature. I sent back four clothing items in one bag on January 28 and was very happy to get the tracking email, too. I tracked the package this morning and learned it was delivered in Lancaster, PA on February 7. Still no returns showing up in my account, but at least I know it was delivered.
