Is anyone planning on getting the VC TSV boots? I'm not sure when they are going to be presented but I've got my eye on them. There's no video online yet. I'm thinking about the gray or foxy suede.

I ordered the foxy suede.  I have a wide foot, but I do not need a wide calf, so when something comes in my size I jump on it.  I am gratefull to be able to return if needed.

I like the looks of it except for the back - not crazy about the back lacing. You can see a close up of the back of the boot in one of the online photos. It's a pass for me

I personally cannot be bothered with tall boots.  I am a short or medium height boot gal so enjoy your new boots.

@Katcat1 I am in agreement - did you see the measurement of the 19" shaft?  I am 5' tall & have short legs.  That boot length would go halfway up my thigh!  lol

Call me old fashioned, but I won't buy a "leather" boot that is one-half fabric.  I don't get it.  The stretchy fabric cheapens the boots for me.  Looks horrible, in my opinion.  But I know most shoe companies use fabric on their boot shafts anymore.  I won't buy them.

I like the foxy suede and the lace detail but you are only getting half a suede boot. All that cheap elastic in the back is a way for them to save $$. No thanks

@scatcat @tototwo  @nova @Katcat1 @Chi-town girl Ladies, I just watched the online video and it's a no go for me. It does not have a full zipper but only a short one near the ankle. I do not like having to tug and tug to get boots on. I pretty much like everything else about the boots though.

I love a boot with that stretchy fabric because it gives a better fit in the calf IMO.  But I can totally understand where you are coming from.

My issue with this boot is the little tiny zipper.  It almost makes these boots a pull on/off boot which is a pain to me.

I’m not in the market for boots right now, but if I were these would be a no for me. There are too many things I don’t like: back laces, short zipper, & the front is taller than the back. As far as the stretchy fabric, I don’t mind a small panel for ease and comfort of wear, but I am not crazy about the entire back of the boot being fabric. I do love how the boot looks from the front and the toe shape.
