I don't like that length for a dress of this type.  Needs to be at or slightly above the knee.

The belted area looks like it is slipping or coming loose and not fastened correctly, especially with the drooping side and longer hem. It would drive me crazy.

I think it's just too long.  Probably not a good look on a shorter person.  The shoes should be nude.
