It's all about the "girls" baby.  It is made for a sexy bombshell and Bella nailed it.   Not everyone can pull it off well like Bella.

 

Sophia Vergara would also fit well into this dress.  If that is your M.O. then this is your dress.

I agree with @Annebellethecat .  Too much spilling out.  Also I don't care for that hue of red.

I cracked up laughing when I read your post!  Smiley Very Happy  I had to tape the hem on a pair of slacks once right before going in to work and it had that tacky look.

 

I think it was a last-minute job and it shows.

The dress looks like something Elvira would wear.
