Does it have a matching bedspread?  This goes to show that just because you are famous does not mean you have good taste in clothes, let alone design something as tasteless and ugly as this outfit.  And that thing on her head, we wont even go there.

The fabric is far too stiff and full.  Therefore, it is not a flattering look.  I love the concept of the dress and cap.  It's ultra chic but I could never pull off this look in my world (small rural community).
