Used items - A369543 Boots

Purchased 2 pairs one was fine. The other had obviously been worn & returned. Stain on right boot. Zippers down, stuffing & wrapping missing. Perfume type smell. I am shocked - the boots were NOT listed "as is". I am officially an ex customer now. There is no more Q in QVC. Is that legal?

I doubt it's illegal.  People return things to stores and they resell them.

Return them and get another pair.  Yes, they should have been inspected when returned the first time.  Mistakes happen.

u say return them like it's an easy task...i bought an item on waitlist...changed my mind but it already said in process so i couldn't cancel...said in process for 3 weeks...finally shipped...the wrong size item was sent to me...paid to ship it back & have been waiting 8 weeks for a refund...cannot get a hold of a live person to speak with...i don't have these problems or 'mistakes' as u call them with any other company i deal with...if QVC doesn't shape up they won't last another year...
