I haven't bought clothes from QVC in years. But for some reason I bit on a Denim and Company shirt A275870 recently. it is huge, shapeless and ugly. My husband actually laughed when I tried it on. i should have read the reviews. So I'll have to pay the S&H to return. it. Is it less expensive to use the return label or take it to the PO and use a priority envelope? Either way it's probably not worth returning to get back the price of the shirt minus S&H costs to receive it and to return it. Maybe I'll donate it and chalk it up to a lesson learned.

@50Mickey. Its almost always cheaper to use the Q shipping label plus you can go online and request a pick up from the USPS if you use the label, saving yourself a trip to the post office.

If it is an expensive item to return I use the label, otherwise I put it back in the package I received it in and pay my own postage. For me it has been less expensive.

I always use the Q label because it is not worth the hassle of getting your own postage. You won't save much IF you save anything and it is too easy to use the prepaid.

I always used to use my own postage. It was always less. Now I can't seem to get a better price so I just use the label.

I think that's a cute top (unlss it needs ironing, of course). Is it possible you ordered a size too large? Maybe it would shrink in the wash and fit you better.
I usually return things no matter what they cost and just "eat" the return fee. The thrift shops are so swamped with stuff now that things won't find their way onto the shop's shelves for years.

I rarely return anything but it is cheaper to mail it yourself. I just use the label and the mail person picks it up at my house. I never get a return receipt and I've never had an issue.

I totally agree with @Kachina624
I ordered a Belle blazer during free shipping. It didn't look good on me.
The return label was $6.95.
I figured I'd save a buck or two...NOPE
Cost me $8.85 AND I only got the $50 insurance...it would have been even MORE if I purchased the correct additional amount of insurance.
HOWEVER, it does get there 10x faster than using the label.

I sent a very ordinary size ring back to HSN and with $50 insurance, it cost over $6., plus a trip to the post office and a long wait in line. I don't know how anyone can say they save money by mailing it themselves unless they don't insure it which, with the USPS, is risky as heck.

@50Mickey , if you paid via Paypal you can request a refund of the return s/h. If that is the case, I would pay the s/h myself. It is a complete PITA to get a refund from PP when you use the Q return label.
