Ordered d and c short sleeve hooded jacket on June 10 and has been sitting in Swedesboro nj post office since June 16! Called cs and asked if another could be sent and Rep said I have to wait until June 29 until another can be sent out! Unreal way to do business qvc!

@Baileybut

Why didn't you call the post office????

QVC has nothing to do w/items "sitting" in a PO.  It's not their fault.

Is there a way you can contact the post office about your package? I have never had a problem with usps sitting on a package. I don't know why QVC can't contact the post office to find out why it has not moved. Surely, they know how to contact them.

I had an issue with the PO not delivering my package. Basically they didn't bother (it was xmas time) and their website said 'unable to deliver' etc..Of course I was there on the days they supposedly attempted delivery so I just went to the post office and picked it up!

Hi,

Just to add my two cents, I agree that I don't think it's fair to blame QVC.

Your post office hasn't delivered the package, you can contact them directly (rather than asking QVC to send out another item).  The USPS doesn't make it easy to find but, you can get the local phone number from their website:

Go to the usps website.  Go to Find USPS Locations (from menu on left).  At next screen, make sure Post Offices is in the Locations Type drop down menu and make it as small a distance from your home as possible (1 mile).  Put in your zip code and your local post office should pop up.  Click on the name of your post office, that should be a link to the local post office phone number.

Good luck!

It's very possible your jacket is on its way to you but the tracking hasn't been updated.  I never see any tracking on my USPS-SHIPPED items until the day they're delivered.  I be willing to bet yours is not in that post office.

Thank you for this info @sockmonkey!  I have never been able to find the number to the local post office.

@Baileybut  Did you ever get your jacket?  I had five clothing items ship on 6/18, and as of today, tracking says they're all at the Swedesboro location.  I don't think they're really there, however.  Q's "shipping pardner" just doesn't update tracking.  I expect mine will be delivered by the end of this week and suddenly, there will be all kinds of tracking.

Hi Nick Nack,

So sorry, I just saw your reply today!

You are most welcome!  They do make it nearly impossible to find.
