I looked and looked at the picture to try to see what I was missing lol.  I believe you, but it doesn't look like there's a pocket or any hand "bulge"

This pic shows it a little better. Look at the side seam. There appears to be a section of casing around the pocket opening:

That's actually a really apt description! It's that half-on half-off is part of it missing? look she's going for but, heaven forbid, it could be the picture they take at the hospital before they put her in a gown and do a complete physical
