I certainly didn't have denim trousers on my bingo card for today's tsv.  It might be amusing to add up the number of denim jeans, jeggings and pants that they have offered as tsv's in a 12 month period.  It seems to be their default fashion tsv lately.

It's true it is early in the fall fashion calendar and more will be coming out this month and September.  But it is also true that these folks are taking no chances and are sticking with plain vanilla.

@Bookplate   I thought the Denim & Co TSV was gong to be a cardigan...not new bottoms/jeans/trousers. I have to admit, I really like the dark grey wash and put it on my wishlist.

I just looked at the updated QVC program guide for the end of August and didn't see anything I would be interested in. There will be a Patricia Nash & a Joan Rivers TSV that last week.

Looks like for several fashion brands, we'll have to wait til September. What brands are you most interested in seeing new pieces? Smiley Happy

@Susan Louise Fortunately I already have more clothes than I need.  But I will always love to look at fashion and be tempted.  I'm just rarely tempted anymore.  I know I'm going to sound like a sour old lady, but I miss the old days when the Q had a variety of distinctive designers like Louis Dell'Olio, Koos Van Den Akker, Bob Mackie, Bradley Bayou (mentioned earlier), Randolph Duke, Diane Von Furstenberg.. They were actual designers and not stable labels like they have now.

Are there any styles of black leather jackets for women?

Yes, Denim & Co has one and I think American Leather Co may have one too.

I own the D&CO black leather jacket and love ❤️ it!

what is the name of the cajun guy who used to sell so many suede and leather coats/jackets on QVC?  I can't remember his name.  Good looking, loved him but he was not a ladies' man.  Handsome handsome handsome.

@Nonametoday :  Are you thinking of Bradley Bayou?  I still have two full length leather coats of his.  They would cost an arm and a leg today.

@Bookplate

Thank you.  Absolutely.  Bradley Bayou (I was thinking Cajun, they are all related).  I loved his coats and jackets.  I have a full-length coat and a jacket.  Still in GREAT condition.  I was too lazy to go look in them to find his name, I guess.  I thought about it later and the name is splashed onto the inside of the coat.  Why can't we have great designers like that, even if we don't have leather and suede.

@Bookplate I still have a clost full of Louise Dell Olio and othes, including Koos, Bob Mackie, Victor Costa, Bradley Bayou, Marc Bouwer (one of the best pairs of pants I ever owned so I got two pairs from Marc Bouwer).  I got three items from Beautiful (Lawrence Zarian) this year including that cute little jacket (his pants are great) a blouse from Nic + Zoe and a blouse from Ali Carr (Studio Park).  I am jonesing for that cute floral dress she has but want to see reviews before making the jump

@Nonametoday If I were still working I would definitely be buying some Zarian pieces. I hadn't heard of him before he showed up here, but I admit I am impressed.  The Linea pieces don't wear out, do they?  Mine look as good as new.  You know Marc Bower is on ShopHQ, right?  Although I am guessing the quality is not the same.

If you sign up for macys online you have a "wallet" that has all of your coupons stored in it. They  use to give 20 off of 50 those were great coupons but I havent seen those for a while.  I have free shipping on anything I buy with my credit card, once you spend a certain amount annually you get that.

I think you are talking about Bradley Bayou. He made some cute things.
