UPS

I"ve never had this happen before. UPS developed my white poet shirt today and I noticed it was not packaged in a QVC bag, but a UPS bag. The label had been replaced on their bag and looked burned. When I opened the package, the plastic wrapping around the shirt was burned. Luckily, the shirt itself appears unharmed. I wonder how this happened?
