It turns our it bothers a lot of people.  I'm like that.  I can't stand anything close around my neck.  It bothers both of my sisters too.  I love the look of them.  They are very slim looking, kind of cool looking.  But I'd be pulling at the neck area all the time. I searched and there isn't an offical name for that kind of phobia.  But it's a phobia for sure. I wish I could wear them......

That is my color!  Love it.  I already own lots of bright torquoise, but could make room for one more if it wasn't merino wool.

LOVE the sweaters! Remember Filene’s Basement? They were my source for merino wool t-necks but never had such great colors. (I miss Filene’s!)

Turtleneck tops have been my faves since I got my first one in 1963!

Love both colors and love turtlenecks, but I can’t wear anything with wool next to my skin. It makes my sensitive skin itch horribly.
