I ordered off of Evinelive for the first time yesterday. I tried to cancel the order just a few hours later and the website won't let me cancel. Has anyone else had this problem with Evine. I know here on QVC you have time to change your mind and cancel orders if you change your mind? Anybody???

Try pulling up the order via your order status then click on the order details. This is where I found the ""cancel"" option in the past but with that said it may have changed since Evine took over.

They have been doing that for a while now. Only about ten or fifteen minutes to cancel now.

That will make alot of us ladies very unhappy. We all order items we are pretty sure we want or need to do a little research on to make a final decision. They may think this is a great idea to keep people on the hook, but in my opinion it will make many of us very upset and less likely to purchase?

I, too, have a very difficult time canceling from Evine live. I don't order a lot from them, and I make sure I'm fairly confident I want it. I was ordering more, but lately I've not due to this and the quality. Plus, they don't credit original shipping. It's almost impossible to cancel even an hour after you order.

ITA Kachina. I've only been able to cancel once, and it was minutes after I ordered. An hour or two later...no.

I've never had a problem cancelling an order even hours later. If you are unable to cancel online, call customer service or send them an email.

A few weeks ago, I called CS an hour after I placed my order. I decided against the purchase for my sister. They could not cancel it.

QVC stopped refunding shipping also..but they lowered their shipping to you to $3..Not sure why people think that if they change their mind about something they should get their shipping back.
The time to do your research is PRIOR to ordering an item..not order then research.
