For the past week or two, many of the items of clothing I have looked up have had videos that say they don't work.  There is an X over the center of the video saying there is a problem.  Is it just my computer or are others finding this too?

No problems here using an iMac, Sierra v12.12.2 & Firefox v50.1.0.

Adobe Flash is upgraded also.

Which OS are you using - comp?

Which browser & version are you using?

Have you tried switching browsers?

Using latest version of Adobe Flash?

Tried restarting?

Mz iMac~~Using PC and restarted 3 hours ago.  Will try to update  Adobe Flash.  Thank you so much.  Can't see the presentations this past week.  Have never had this problem before ever on QVC.

Yes, I have had the problem intermittently over the past couple of weeks.  It  happens on certain videos and not others.   I also notice that a lot of items that have aired don't have a video available at all; not sure what's up with that.

So have I.  My computer upgraded but something happened and I had to upgrade Adobe Flash.

Thanks for the feedback.  Have already updated, but some videos still are not working.  Some are.  Will keep working on it.
