Top/Blouse ID please? (worn by model)

Is anyone able to ID what blouse is being worn by the model in the Dooney & Bourke show?  It is a blue and white peasant blouse.

 

I did call customer service, and they did not know.  Some of you really have an eye for ID'ing items, and I'm hoping someone will know.   Please will you look at any of the Dooney & Bourke items (show 5/17 at 4am) and see if you might be able to find what she's wearing?  I was not able to find it.

 

One item shown was A351959.  Unfortunately, I don't know which videos show it best; but, it does show the woman wearing the blue and white peasant blouse.   The model wore the blouse throughout the whole Dooney show.
